Some sugguestion about problems during Galvanizing processing

Some advise for galvanizing processing during production of Hot dipped hot dipped galvanized oval (elliptical) finned tubes, rectangular fin tubes :


Sometimes, during galvanizing processing of finned tubes, it may happens that galvanizing layer is not even. Some place no zinc covered, while another places too much zinc spots. It is not a big question. From Magvant's production experience, we give below suggestion for your reference:

At first, put oval fin tubes into alkaline solution more than 1 hr. Before lifting, worker in charge should make sure no oil outside of fin tubes.

Secondly, after dipped in alkaline solution, put in air for 2 or 3 hrs.

Thirdly, put in acid solution 2 or 3 hrs, a little longer will be better.
